DISCOUNT CODES

Offers cannot be combined.  Only one code can be used per offer on our website and cannot be applied to bundle deals/sale items.

ORDER PROCESSING

Our normal processing time is 2-4 business days. Shipping is not including in processing timeframe.  Once order has shipped please allow 2-3 days in transit before arrival.

Hours of Operation are Mon-Friday 8am -6pm. We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays as well as Federal Holidays. If order is placed after business hours processing time will begin on the next business day.

SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), which will include Insurance up to $100 in value. Once order is ready for processing an email will be sent out with tracking information.

We will accept returns on unused/unopened products up to 14 days after it has been received.  A refund will only be given on the cost paid for the products, shipping charges cannot be refunded once items leave our facility. Products must be sent to us in original packaging and can be shipped to:

LOST/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order is placed. A claim would need to be filed with USPS if item is lost or undeliverable, we will be happy to assist with this.

If your packaged arrived and product is damaged please send us an email immediately with photo included to support@shopsafiman.com.  We will get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
